At Magic Makers, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't quite the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Package With Care

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange as soon as our team processes the return.
